Carson City Sheriff's deputies made several felony arrests from Monday evening through Wednesday morning:
- Kameron Mariolo, 26, a Carson City resident, for use of another's identification, and a misdemeanor violation of alternative sentencing conditions. Mariolo allegedly used his older brother's information when officers requested his identification. Bail is set at $5,500.
- Gregory Bliss, 35, a Silver Springs resident, for grand larceny. He was also arrested for a grand misdemeanor parole and probation hold, and misdmeanor warrants for domestic battery and a rolling stop sign violation. No bail has been set.
- Chad Robert Ferguson, 28, a Gardnerville resident, for two felony warrants in his name: possession of a Schedule I narcotic with the intent to sell, and possession of a Schedule III narcotic. Bail has been set at $10,000.
- Douglas Paul Morgan, 50, a Gardnerville resident, for two felony warrants in his name, both for unauthorized acts relating to controlled substances. Bail is set at $40,000.
- Kevin Nicholas Carlin, 19, a Reno construction worker, for a felony failure to appear warrant in his name. No bail has been set.
- Josh Emborksy, 22, a Carson city resident, for possession of over one ounce of marijuana. Emborksy was also arrested for two gross misdemeanor allegations (possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, child endangerment) and two misdemeanor allegations (domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia). Bail has been set at $11,500 plus administrative fees.
Additionally, deputies arrested a 21-year-old Carson City man for a misdemeanor failure to appear/contempt of court warrant in his name, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest. The suspect allegedly resisted officers during the arrest and was thus tazed.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
